Frome Birth Talk exists to provide a free counselling service and wellbeing events and activities for pregnant women and new mothers to promote good perinatal mental health, a positive start for the baby and resilient family relationships. We do this by funding and promoting a free professional one-to-one counselling service for pregnant women and women in the first year of parenthood and running a combination of free and fundraising events showcasing complementary therapies and good self-care.
