Hello new mama!
How are you?
These sessions are here to give you space to reconnect with yourself after birthing. To take nurturing, mindful time and gently nourishing movement.
Making time to be kindly aware of yourself as part of a group of others going through the same thing can help you find calm and community.
what to expect
These sessions are perfect for postpartum recovery and are aimed at people in the first year after having a baby, pre-crawling babies are welcome to join alongside you.

Thank you so much!"

- Mum to Isla (4) and Niamh (4 months)
"It’s a really lovely class, yoga for the mums with lots of stretches, and she tailors the class to what we need, and the babies are with us and being entertained and engaged.
All the babies are aged between about 2 months and crawling and Niamh loves it, she laughs and giggles her way through the class, I see it as our one on one time, I’d happily recommend it to others. "

“Thanks for your time and lovely attention. I really enjoyed the whole class, especially because it had a bit of everything, it wasn’t only yoga and exercise.
After the class, I felt very relaxed.”
