  • "Emilie is down to earth and friendly; she creates an inclusive and warm environment for the classes. Every session she listens to what is going on with each of us and tailors the class to what we need to help relax, strengthen and connect with our babies. I really recommend these classes for the all essential 'me' time during pregnancy as they've really helped me to breathe, stretch and properly listen to my body."

    Why this class?

Maybe you've been told to find a pregnancy yoga class, or are keen to gather with a group of women at a simialr stage to you to begin to form a much-needed community. Pregnancy is a great time to explore your body and deepen your sense of awareness and connection, and this trauma-informed course makes space for these essential social and individual needs.

I'm Emilie, a doula, embodied pregnancy coach and yoga teacher with over 15 years experience of working with birthing families.

Why this, instead of a pregnancy yoga course?

I don't believe that women need to be told how to move or breathe.

This is all about making a space for people to discover what feel right for them. It's all built around awareness and choice, alongside having space to share experience, ask questions and explore the experience of pregnancy. Bits might include yoga poses, other bits draw on biomechanics, embodiment and mindfulness techniques that are proven to help navigate these changes.
